The job is mostly in the prep, removing the old growth, grading the soil so it drains right, and laying the sod in tight staggered seams. We match the grass type to your yard's sun and use, whether that's St. Augustine for shade tolerance or another variety.
Some lawns are too far gone to bring back with feeding and weed control, once weeds or bare dirt take over more than about half the yard, sod is the faster, more reliable fix. Done over proper prep, new sod knits in within a few weeks and gives you a clean, even lawn instead of a patchwork of repairs that never quite catch up.
